Next, our art department puts together digital mockups of what your design will look like. Once we have the sizes and quantities, we send you an order approval for confirmation. When the order is approved, the two-week turnaround time begins!
If it is our first time embroidering your design, there is a setup cost. Once we have your design created, we will do a sample stitch out to make sure you are happy with how your design stitches. Once that is approved, we embroider your items!
